How It Works
All sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet, allowing you to relax in your own space while being safely guided through each regression.
Sessions are generally spaced one to two weeks apart, allowing time for reflection and integration between each journey.
Each session runs approximately 90–120 minutes and includes a short debrief and aftercare guidance.

Over approximately four weeks, you’ll be guided through a series of three intuitive regression sessions designed to reveal the deeper narrative of your soul’s journey:

Inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Michael Newton (Journey of Souls, Destiny of Souls), this session invites you into the spiritual realm between incarnations — the space where your soul rests, reflects, and prepares for its next lifetime.
